Hi, my name is Joe.  I have been making pizza, pasta and subs for our customers for over 30 years now.

Our first pizza's - I made from our shop in Brooklyn New York over 30 years ago.  So when we say New York Style, you can be sure we know New York Style.  Italian dining with a New York flavor just like in the old neighborhood. 

At that time our kids grew up helping Mom and Dad in the kitchen and today - almost 20 years ago we moved to Texas, to open our first location in Carrollton. 

To this day we are still a family run business and those kids who helped us in the kitchen so many years ago, help or own one of 4 locations in the Dallas area today.

So just know, pizza isn't just our job. It's our business, our past-time and our favorite obsession. It is what we do for our customers.  For me, pizza, pasta, and subs are an Italian edible form of art and the flavors are just like you would find from the old neighborhood.
