The Joe's Pizza Story
His name is Joe, and he has been perfecting the art of pizza, pasta, and subs for our customers since the 1970s.
Our first pizzas were crafted in our family shop in Brooklyn, New York. So, when we say "New York Style," you can be certain we know exactly what that means: authentic Italian dining with the unmistakable flavor from the old neighborhood.
We grew up helping Mom and Dad in that kitchen, learning the from the ground up. More than 20 years ago, we brought those traditions to Texas, opening our first location in Carrollton.
To this day, we remain a family-run business. Those same kids who helped in the kitchen all those years ago now help manage or own locations throughout the Dallas area.
For us, pizza isn’t a job—it’s our business, our pastime, and our favorite obsession. We do this because New York Style is our heritage.
To Joe, every pizza, pasta dish, and sub is an edible form of art, featuring the same authentic flavors you would have found in the old neighborhood all those years ago.
